Airlines
Booking Policy:
Customer needs to carry the printout of E-Tickets to Airport along with valid Photo Identity Proof
Bookings can be confirmed only if Hamara Travels gets the confirmation of payment. If Hamara Travels fails to receive the above payment, the ticket booking shall automatically be cancelled
Any modifications in the booking, additional money for booking modification plus any difference in fare will be collected from the customer
There is a possibility of increase of fare because of time gap between quotation of fare and actual booking of tickets, in this case, customer would be informed about the same and increased fare would be collected from the customer

Cancellation Policy

For airline cancellation charges are Rs 750 + Rs 250 service charges per passenger per sector will be charged by Hamara Travels. Any increment in the cancellation charges at any point of time will be borne by the customer only
Modifications to the booking like rebooking charges will be Rs 750 + Rs 250 service charge per passenger per sector + any difference in the fare (if any)
There is no child discounts so child pays fare equivalent to adult
Tickets can be cancelled or rescheduled 2 hours prior to flight departure else it would be considered as a no show

Refund Policy

After the cancellation of ticket only money shall be refunded to the customer.
Account Payee cheque will be issued in the customer’s name after deducting the cancellation charges and other charges within 21 working days from the date of cancellation of the ticket
Hamara Travels will only send the cheque to customer’s address as given during the time of the booking

If you cancel the booking, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. As per the booking conditions of the Holiday, we will be constrained to levy the cancellation charges as follows:
 
30 days or more prior to the check in Rs 1000 or 10% which ever is higher.
29 to 15 days prior to the check in 35%.
14 to 03 days prior to the check in 75%.
03 days to 01 days prior to check in 90%
In case of no show 100% per person

Further to this cancellation charges, few Hotels & Resorts charge 100 % cancellation fee which will be intimated to customer during the booking/reservation

Bookings can be confirmed only if Hamara Travels gets the confirmation of payment. If Hamara Travels fails to receive the above payment, the ticket booking shall automatically be cancelled
Any modifications in the booking, additional money for booking modification plus any difference in fare will be collected from the customer
There is a possibility of increase of tariffs because of time gap between quotation of tariff and actual booking, in this case, customer would be informed about the same and increased tariff would be collected from the customer
